Heslip will sign a training camp contract with the Raptors on Friday, Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports.

After acquiring his D-League rights earlier in the day, it looks like Heslip will remain in the Raptors organization even if he fails to make the NBA roster. He spent the 2015-16 campaign with Pallacanestro Cantu of the Italian Serie A Basketball League, averaging 12.7 points (on 45.8% shooting) in 26.9 minutes per game.
