Wallace is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Kings, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Wallace will return to his regular bench role with the return of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to the first unit. Wallace has averaged 6.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game off the bench this season.
