Evans (hamstring) is not participating in Sunday's scrimmage, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Evans was labeled week-to-week due to hamstring injury Aug. 25, so it's unsurprising to see that he's still sidelined. The special-teams ace could still have a shot at suiting up against the Chargers during the season opener Sept. 13.
