Killings was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans with an ankle injury, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Killings was promoted to the 53-man roster from the practice squad Tuesday but then cropped up on the injury report with the ankle issue Thursday as a limited participant. The 23-year-old will have to wait at least a week to make his Colts debut.
