Deayon was waived by the Giants on Tuesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The Boise State product appeared in four games for the Giants this season, accumulating six tackles (four solo) while adding two passes defended. Deayon faced a tough competition for snaps with a loaded Giants depth chart at secondary. The 24-year-old is now free to sign with any team.
