White said he expects to remain with the Falcons, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

White wasn't happy with his role in 2015, as he averaged just 4.4 targets per game under new offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, Nonetheless, White also made it clear that he wants to return and expects to do so, even saying he'd "bet every dollar he had" that he'll stick with the Falcons. He did seem to acknowledge that the aforementioned quote was more about wishful thinking than reality, but it's still quite clear that he'd prefer to stay with the only NFL team he's ever known. The problem is that Atlanta can save $4.5 million against the 2016 cap by releasing White, who may not be too keen to accept a pay cut. It thus remains unclear if he'll stay in Atlanta, but regardless, it doesn't sound as if he's contemplating retirement
