The Jaguars signed Gauthier to their 53-man roster Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
The undrafted rookie out of Miami resided on the Patriots' practice squad until Monday. Gauthier will provide depth across the offensive line, but he likely won't draw into the starting lineup, barring injuries.
