The Eagles have released Austin, philly.com reports.
Austin, who was inactive Sunday against the Patriots, caught 13 passes for 224 yards and a TD in 11 games for the Eagles this season. The 31-year-old will now look to catch on with a team in need of wideout depth down the stretch.
