The Titans signed Taylor (knee) to a contract Thursday.
Taylor suffered a torn ACL in December of 2019, and he spent the 2020 season on San Francisco's PUP list before being waived. Now over a full year removed from his injury, he could be ready for the tentative start of Tennessee's tentative offseason.
