Hardman was placed on waivers Sunday, per Chris Johnston of TSN.
Hardman earned five goals and 13 assists in 58 contests with AHL Rockford during the 2022-23 campaign. He also had seven shots on goal and 25 hits in eight outings for Chicago last season. Hardman will probably spend most of 2023-24 in the minors.
