Wideman had a power-play assist, one shot on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Maple Leafs.
Wideman, as the point man on the power play, directed a pass to Cole Caufield, who wristed a bullet past Erik Kallgren in the second period. Five of Wideman's last six points have been power-play helpers. The blueliner is up to 19 points (11 on the power play) through 52 games.
