Madden was placed on waivers Saturday, Chris Johnston of TSN reports.
Madden produced 20 goals and 33 points in 71 games for AHL Ontario last season. If he isn't claimed, the 23-year-old forward will be back with the Reign for the start of the 2023-24 campaign.
