Timmins (illness) told reporters he has "turned the corner" and would be ready to play when needed, Lance Hornby of The Toronto Sun reports Tuesday.
Timmins must still be activated off injured reserve before returning to the ice. The acquisition of Ilya Lyubushkin will only push Timmins further down the depth chart even once eligible to suit up. As such, fantasy players can likely pursue alternative options moving forward.
