Kase (undisclosed) won't be in the lineup Wednesday against Edmonton, Terry Koshan of The Toronto Sun reports.
The forward, who has eight points in his last six games, should be considered day-to-day leading up to Thursday's contest in Montreal. Overall this season, Kase has eight goals and eight assists while averaging 14:05 of ice time in 28 games.
