Here at Eye on Golf we like to put forth some of the best golf photos we see every week. Photos that are too good for a tweet. Photos that capture the sport. Here's one of those.

Always birdie the last, right?

On Friday Phil Mickelson needed a four at the par-5 18th hole at the Texas Open to avoid missing the cut and he had to go into the water to get it.

After a poor second shot Mickelson got up and down from the water for birdie and sneaked inside the cut line.

After his round he joked about the incident.

"If there ever was a shot to play out of the water, it would be the last shot of the day, right?"

Here's a GIF of the entire event which, it appears, somehow wasn't captured on film.
