FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (February 3, 2000) - SportsLine.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLN), the leading global Internet sports media company and publisher of CBS SportsLine (http://cbs.sportsline.com), today announced that it has selected a winner in its "SportsLine Rewards" Million Dollar Click Sweepstakes, a promotion that offered SportsLine Rewards members an exclusive opportunity to earn sweepstakes entries throughout 1999 just for viewing pages on the CBS SportsLine Web site. The lucky winner, selected at random from more than a half million SportsLine Rewards users, is Steve Grulke from Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Mr. Grulke, age 41, is the father of three children and a maintenance worker at The Lodge at Cloudcroft. "I'm trying to recognize the voice, thinking, 'who's pulling a prank on me?'" said Grulke when he was first notified he was the grand prizewinner. "I never really thought these contests were real, or that I would really have a chance to win something, let alone this!" Grulke, a native of Wisconsin who recently moved to New Mexico, uses CBS SportsLine to follow his favorite football team. "It really is the best site for scores, stats and news - especially if you're like me, a transplanted Packers fan." A total of 85 million entries were submitted to the contest, primarily as a result of pages viewed by SportsLine Rewards users during the year. The Million Dollar Click Sweepstakes took place in conjunction with the launch of the SportsLine Rewards program, an innovative way to reward frequent visitors to the CBS SportsLine site. "SportsLine Rewards" is a free program in which members are rewarded for every CBS SportsLine page they view, with unique experiences, merchandise, memorabilia, exclusive chats and exciting contests like the Million Dollar Click Sweepstakes. "The value of the program to the SportsLine Rewards member is the many benefits and incentives they can receive just for viewing pages on the site. We will continue to expand the program this year with new, exciting and unique experiences, and we expect to reward many more of our customers like Mr. Grulke in the coming year for making CBS SportsLine their number one choice on the Web for sports news and information."
