The Office Pool Challenge is a competition based on the weekly results of regular season professional football games. Each game will be assigned a "winning margin" by which one team is expected to beat its opponent. Users must use their knowledge and expertise to predict which team will score the most points in each game, factoring in the winning margin. Each person who picks all the games correctly for a particular week will be entered into a random drawing for the $1 million grand prize, which will be chosen following the final regular season pro football game. If by chance, no participant picks all the games correctly during any week of the pro football regular season, the 17 weekly winners will be entered into the grand prize drawing.

In addition to the $1 million grand prize, there are cash prizes for the top six scorers over the course of the entire season and weekly merchandise prizes for the participant that makes the most correct picks in any week of the regular season.
