Phillies option David Buchanan to Triple-A, promote Cesar Jimenez

The Phillies optioned pitcher David Buchanan to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday. To take his spot on the roster, the Phillies selected the contract of pitcher Cesar Jimenez from Lehigh Valley.
