It was Brooks Robinson Day on Saturday in Baltimore, and among the festivities was the unveiling of a statue of the man many regard as the greatest defensive third baseman ever to play the game. Check it out, courtesy of US Presswire:

Outside Camden Yards, the "Human Vacuum Cleaner" will forever be creeping in just before the pitch in order to pilfer another one. Very well done, I'd say. 

Not long after the unveiling, Robinson threw out the ceremonial first pitch to center fielder Adam Jones. Let's just say Jones certainly has ample respect for the 75-year-old Hall of Famer and 16-time Gold Glove winner:
