As per tradition, the defending World Series champion Red Sox are visiting the White House and President Barack Obama today. They have a scheduled off-day in Baltimore and are making the short trip down to the nation's capitol.
Last week we heard the team was going to wear stars and stripes-themed blazers during the visit, though it was unclear if that was just a joke or something that would actually happen. I mean, it's the White House. Conservative, two-button suit, right? Wrong:
