Indiana Pacers radio broadcaster Mark Boyle destroyed Miami Heat fans during his broadcast in the closing seconds of Miami's Game 2 loss in the Eastern Conference finals on Friday night, saying, via the Palm Beach Post (listen to the audio here):

“These losers are leaving. They are flocking to the exits with their team down by three. This city does not only not deserve this team, they don’t deserve any team.”

Not the first time that the Heat fans have been criticized for their behavior. The arena is routinely seen as empty to start games, and the atmosphere has been likened in the past to a tennis match. Our own Zach Harper did note that, during Game, 1 it was quite loud. But then, it's a no-win situation for them because the answer is "it should be; it's Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals."

It's odd criticism coming from a Pacers broadcaster, however. The Pacers, despite a top-three standing in the East for most of the season, ranked 24th in attendance capacity this season.

Maybe no one deserves a team.

The Pacers won 97-93 to tie the series 1-1 headed back to Indiana.
