The Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs got the Western Conference finals underway Sunday, as the Warriors won 113-111 in an exciting and controversial affair that saw Kawhi Leonard go down with a sprained ankle and Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry combine for 74 points.
