Colorado State picked up a nice win at Boise State in the "Double bubble" game of Super Bowl Sunday. The Rams are off the bubble for now and are a No. 7 seed in Monday's Bracketology, while Boise State stays on it. Despite the loss coming at home, it was not especially damaging to the Broncos NCAA Tournament hopes.
Iowa and Loyola-Chicago each picked up blowout victories in their games on Sunday.
Monday features five bubble teams in action.
West Virginia hopes to get things going in the right direction, while Oregon and Davidson look for bounce-back wins.
Here are the breakdowns for each bubble team in action Monday. All times Eastern
Bubble teams in action Monday
|at St. Bonaventure, 5 p.m. | CBS Sports Network: This is the second game of a back-to-back set of matchups between these two. The Bonnies won the first on Friday in St. Louis and needs to complete the sweep to get back on the bubble. The Billikens have a slightly better profile at the moment, although neither team is good enough to be among the first four out. The winner will be a bubble team Tuesday and the loser will not.|
|vs. Duquesne, 7 p.m. | ESPN+: The Wildcats took their worst loss of the season so far at Rhode Island on Saturday and put their tournament at-large hopes in serious jeopardy. A loss to Duquesne would put those hopes to an end.|
|at Kansas State, 7 p.m. | ESPN2, fuboTV (Try for free): West Virginia desperately needs to start stacking wins. The Mountaineers are only 14-10 and just 3-7 away from home. Kansas State is the only Big 12 team that is eligible for the tournament and not at least on the bubble, but the Wildcats are no pushover and could find themselves on the bubble if they can put together a little hot streak.|
|vs. Georgetown, 9 p.m. | FS1, fuboTV (Try for free): Creighton is facing the Hoyas for the second time in three days. The Blue Jays won the first one 80-66 on the road and now gets the return game at home. The last thing Creighton needs is a Quad 4 loss to the last-place Hoyas.|
|vs. Washington State, 9 p.m. | ESPNU, fuboTV (Try for free): Oregon is very much on the bubble largely because it has lost too many games like this one. The Ducks already have three Quad 3 losses at home in the conference, including the loss to Cal on Saturday. Wazzu is actually a Quad 2 opponent and one the Ducks better beat if it wants to stay in the hunt for an NCAA Tournament berth.|
