UCF and UC-Irvine will present unique challenges to opponents this season with each team starting a 7-foor-6 center. That advantage will be taken away when the two teams meet on Wednesday night in Orlando.

The Knights have freshman Tacko Fall, a Top-150 prospect and the tallest recruit in school history. The Anteaters have Mamadou Ndiaye, the rim-protecting vet who was the second-leading scorer in the team's near-upset of Louisville in last season's NCAA tournament.

According to UC-Irvine, the two made history on Wednesday night as the tallest matchup ever recorded in college basketball history.

This match up almost didn't happen but thanks to a recent NCAA ruling Tacko Fall has been cleared to play this season for the Knights
