Pac-12: Under-the-radar performances of Week 7

Washington, Washington State and Stanford may have all lost on Saturday, but there is a silver lining: each team produced a player who had an under-the-radar performance in Week 7.

Our three under-the-radar performers this week all have one thing in common: They all lost on Saturday, which may explain why each of them may have gone unnoticed.

Here's three under-the-radar performances from Week 6:

TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Washington: Since Pac-12 play began on Sept. 27, Seferian-Jenkins has been almost an afterthought, recording only four catches for 43 yards in two games. Those aren't great numbers considering ASJ was the Pac-12's top returning tight end in terms of receiving yards. However, in the Huskies loss to USC on Saturday, the sophomore returned to his 2011 form, making five catches for a season-high 83 yards, including a 29-yard touchdown. WR Isiah Myers, Washington State: When you're the third leading receiver on the last place team in the Pac-12 North, almost everything you do goes under the radar, including a 108-yard performance. Myers was one of the few bright spots in the Cougars' 31-17 loss to Cal, as the sophomore caught eight passes for 108 yards, an impressive 13.5 yards per catch. LB Trent Murphy, Stanford: Notre Dame's defense may have gotten all headlines following the Irish's 20-13 overtime victory over Stanford on Saturday, but it was Murphy who had the best defensive game. The senior linebacker recorded 10 tackles, including 2.5 TFL's and 1.5 sacks. When Murphy wasn't making tackles, he was still causing trouble, as he tallied a game-high three quarterback hurries. Others considered: QB Travis Wilson, Utah: 23 of 33, 230 yards vs. UCLA in first career start. RB Cameron Marshall, Arizona State: 13 carries, 98 yards, TD vs. Colorado. WR Shaquelle Evans, UCLA: 4 rec., 91 yards, TD vs. Utah.
