Francoeur is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Phillies.
Francoeur will be out for the second straight day as Jace Peterson gets the nod in left. The 32-year-old has only managed to collect two multi-hit games since June 5, and is struggling to the tune of .182/.206/.303 with one home run and four RBI during his last 10 games.
