Brewers' Eric Thames: Not in Thursday's lineup

Thames is out of the lineup against San Diego on Thursday.

Thames will shift to the bench for the matinee with left-hander Robbie Erlin on the hill for the Padres. Ryan Braun will enter the lineup in left field.
