Chen (elbow) is scheduled to resume throwing Wednesday, Clark Spencer of the Miami Herald reports.
Chen hasn't picked up a throwing program since suffering a setback near the end of May that resulted in him getting a platelet-rich plasma injection. He still remains without a timetable for his return, though he's likely still a ways away seeing as he hasn't resumed throwing yet and has been sidelined since the beginning of May. A firmer return date should start to materialize as he begins to ramp up his throwing intensity.
