Pirates' Gregory Polanco: Scratched from lineup

Polanco was scratched from the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rockies.

The reason for the scratch is not yet known. Bryan Reynolds will enter the lineup in left field, pushing Melky Cabrera over to right.
