Red Sox's Danny Santana: Exits with apparent injury

Santana was removed from Wednesday's game against the Blue Jays with an apparent leg injury, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.

He struggled to get up after diving for a ball in left field, then limped off to the clubhouse with what looked like a left leg injury. Alex Verdugo entered the game to replace Santana, who was playing just his second game after returning from a strained left quadriceps.
