Vincent cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A St. Paul on Friday.
Vincent was designated for assignment by the Twins earlier this week, but he'll remain in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. The 35-year-old has spent most of his time at Triple-A this season and has a 4.19 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 46:12 K:BB across 34.1 innings.
