Castillo was lifted from Friday's game against the Twins after he took a foul tip off his catcher's mask, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
The White Sox have yet to disclose the nature of Castillo's issue, though it appears to be a head injury. He'll likely have to pass through concussion protocol if this is the case.
