Holder was called up by the Yankees prior to the Saturday's game against Baltimore.
Holder was sent down to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre following the acquisition of a couple pitchers at the trade deadline after appearing in 34 games for New York out of the bullpen in the first four months of the 2017 season. Over that span, the right-hander accumulated a 3.58 ERA and 1.33 WHIP and continued his success at the Triple-A level during the last six weeks. Holder figures to add depth out of the bullpen moving forward.
