Milton will start Sunday's game against the Magic, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
He was nursing a knee injury coming in, but Milton will play through it and start for a Sixers team that will be without several regulars. Tyrese Maxey, George Hill, Furkan Korkmaz and Dwight Howard will join Milton in the starting five.
