Thomas (hip) will sit out Thursday's game against the Wizards.
Thomas will miss an eighth straight game Thursday due to the lingering hip injury. The Knicks have yet to shut him down for the season, but with only four games left on the schedule, it wouldn't be surprising if that eventually occurred. Maurice Ndour and Mindaugas Kuzminskas could see a few more minutes off the bench while he's out.
