Smith (hip) is doubtful for Saturday's game against the Pistons, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.
Smith will likely miss a third straight game after aggravating a right hip injury during last Sunday's loss to the Lakers. If he's out as expected, his next chance to suit up will come during the second half of Brooklyn's back-to-back set Sunday versus the Kings.
