Aldridge's finger injury is not considered serious, the San Antonio Express-News reports. "He just pulled it out of joint and they couldn't get it back in," coach Gregg Popovich said Friday. "But they finally got it back in. He's fine."

Aldridge was forced out of Thursday's game against the Warriors due to the injury, but he returned shortly after, albeit in limited fashion. "Every time I shot, it just didn't feel natural," Aldridge said after the game. "I just had to play through it." Aldridge was given the night off Friday against Denver, as were five other Spurs, but it doesn't look as though he'll miss any further time as the postseason approaches.
