Little (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Thunder, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Little will miss a third straight game. His absence shouldn't impact the rotation, even with Bradley Beal (ankle) sidelined, while Little's next chance to suit up will come Tuesday in Denver.
