Nichols (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Nichols has appeared on the Bears' injury reports for a few weeks now but hasn't seemed in any true danger of missing game action. Look for him to fill his usual role as the third or fourth man in Chicago's defensive-end rotation.
