Clemons was released by Jaguars on Thursday, Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union reports.
Clemons release saves the Jaguars $4 million in salary cap space. The 13-year veteran has played the last two season in Jacksonville. This past year he racked up 14 tackles and three sacks in 16 games. The 34-year-old will now look to find his way onto a roster in need of defensive line depth.
