Delaney was waived by the Dolphins on Wednesday, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Delaney suited up in two games for the Jaguars in 2018 before joining the Dolphins on a reserve/future contract in February. The 24-year-old will hope to make a roster out of camp, assuming he earns an invitation from an NFL team.
