LeBlanc signed a contract with the Eagles on Monday.
LeBlanc was waived by the Lions two days ago, and Philadelphia wasted no time in claiming the depth cornerback off waivers. The 24-year-old will serve as a depth cornerback in the Eagles' secondary, and is expected to take most of his snaps on special teams.
