Mack was moved from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Mack joined the Giants in April as an undrafted free agent. He could participate in his first ever NFL game Sunday against the Rams, but he's buried down the depth chart at receiver and is likely to be used primarily on special teams.
