Unga (neck) is listed as inactive Sunday in Tampa Bay, the Giants' official site reports.
Unga was limited in practice throughout the week, which resulted in questionable availability for Week 9, but he was surprisingly ruled out upon the release of the Giants' inactive list. The team will instead turn to Jasper Brinkley to cover middle linebacker.
