Herndon is in concussion protocols after suffering a head injury in Monday's loss to the Bengals, according to head coach Doug Pederson, John Shipley of SI.com reports.
Herndon will now have to navigate the league's five-step process to gain clearance to play Sunday against the Browns, which may be difficult to do. If he's unable to play in the contest, Gregory Junior will likely get an opportunity for an increased workload.
