Jefferson (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Lions on Wednesday with an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Jefferson reverted to the Lions' IR on Aug. 31 after going unclaimed off waivers. The injury settlement allows Jefferson to sign elsewhere during the 2023 season once he's healthy.
