The Texans waived Stills (quadriceps) on Friday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Stills will be subject to waivers as he seeks to latch on with another team. He missed his first game of the season Thursday at Detroit due to a quad injury, so his health may come into play before he's eligible (and able) to suit up again. On the season, Stills has managed just 11 catches (on 19 targets) for 144 yards and one touchdown in 10 contests.
