The Titans signed Rader to their practice squad Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Rader logged one catch for 12 yards in his lone preseason game against the Patriots on Saturday. He rejoins the Titans via their practice squad after being waived by the team on Tuesday.
