Hall (undisclosed) reached an injury settlement with New England on Wednesday and was waived off injured reserve, independent NFL journalist Aaron Wilson reports.
Hall was placed on injured reserve with the unspecified issue last week and will now hit free agency. New England was expected to part ways with the 28-year-old prior to the injury, so it's hardly a surprise an injury settlement was reached.
