Quinn signed a reserve/future contract with the Raiders on Tuesday.
Quinn played just one game for the Jaguars during the 2020 season and he lasted just five snaps before suffering a hamstring injury. The 2018 seventh-round pick previously suited up in 15 games for Washington, playing as the slot receiver and occasionally returning punts. Hunter Renfrow seemingly has the stranglehold in those areas for the Raiders, so Quinn has an uphill battle to a roster spot in 2021.
